June has been another active month for LGANT as we continue advocating for the interests of local government across the Northern Territory and ensuring councils have a strong voice in key policy and reform discussions.
A key highlight this month has been joining our Board President and Vice Presidents in Canberra for the Australian Local Government Association (ALGA) National General Assembly. The NGA provided an important opportunity to advocate directly with Federal Ministers, Shadow Ministers and key stakeholders on the issues that matter most to our councils and communities.
