November 2025 Conference

This event has ended. Thank you for attending and for your ongoing support.

The LGANT Conference took place 18-19 November at DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade Darwin bringing together key decision-makers, including Mayors, Presidents, Elected Members, along with council CEOs and Senior Managers, to collaborate, share insights, and inspire the local government sector across the Northern Territory.

The theme for the November 2025 LGANT Conference, “Leading with Strength: Building Resilient Councils, Connecting Communities,” focused on how councils can lead with confidence through change, strengthen their resilience, and deepen their connection with communities. It set the tone for conversations around responsive leadership, collaboration, and driving sustainable outcomes through innovation and strong local engagement.
