Expressions of Interest

1. Expression of Interest: Local government as an employer of choice

The Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from providers for the development and delivery of a long-term campaign to position the local government sector in the NT as an employer of choice.

LGANT is the voice of local government, representing 16 councils across the Territory.

The campaign should consider “telling the local government story” at the same time as showing what jobs and careers there are in local government.

The proposed target markets, a call to action, measurables, and digital resources for use by LGANT and its members to promote advantages and benefits of a career in local government in the NT to Territorians and interstate candidates will be the tangible outcomes.

EOI need to address the following:

  1. Scope of works and methodology including a high-level creative concept;
  2. Organisational availability, capability and capacity including experience / qualifications of team members to ensure success of delivery;
  3. A proposed schedule indicating milestones and delivery dates; and
  4. Proposed Agreement including fees.

EOIs including a brief coversheet addressing the criteria should be emailed to Sean Holden sean.holden@lgant.asn.au no later than 5pm Wednesday 27 September 2023.
